When admitted, the record of vital signs showed:

  • Heart rate: 75 beats/minute
  • Respirations rate: 18 breaths/minute
  • Blood Pressure: 100/60 mm/Hg
  • Temperature: 35.9 °C

To begin with the diagnostic conclusion, a 12-lead ECG is requested.
