addiction is hard to control. Sometimes you miss
pass of time and keep from doing things needed to be healthy: taking
shower every day, having
necessary meals for each day and even going to
toilet!

addiction becomes
most important thing in your day leaving aside valuable time with
ones you love (family, friends, lovers and yourself).
Finally, addictions are improductive. Productive time allows you to grow emotionally, to create
patrimony, or even to make bonds with potential partners for
future in your life.
